Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 12 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

 

How much are house cleaning services?

This depends on the size of your house — we will schedule a visit to your apartment and assess your cleaning need and we’ll give you an instant quote. We’re confident you’ll find prices extremely reasonable given the high level of service you will receive from your pro.

How much do you tip a house cleaning service?

Our policy is that tipping is always appreciated by staff who go above and beyond in serving you, but is never required. The entirety of the tip goes to the employees. Everclean doesn’t take any percentage. It’s a great way to show your appreciation to our employees for a job well done.

 

Does house cleaning include laundry?

If you have a washing machine and/or dryer in your home, your professional can absolutely wash and fold your laundry for you! Be sure to add it as an extra during the checkout process so the professional can be sure to set aside enough time to clean your home and still have time for laundry (it will add an extra hour to your booking).

 

How long should a house cleaning take?

It depends entirely on the size of your house! The minimum booking length is 3 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one. Depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have, our checkout process will automatically scale your booking to the recommended amount of time for a home of your size.

Do I need to do anything before my cleaner arrives?

Every customer is different and if it’s the cleaner’s first visit to your home, it’s good to give them some guidance. Ideally, jot down a list of cleaning priorities for your cleaner (you can do it per room, or for your entire home). This will help them to focus on the areas that are important. When your cleaner arrives, give them a tour and highlight your priorities and any fragile surfaces or items. Don’t forget to show the cleaner where to find your cleaning products and if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, make sure to let your cleaner know.

Do you attend to Clients outside Lagos?

Do I need to be home for the booking?

We strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean of your booking to show your cleaner around. Some customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner, but this decision is based on individual preferences. Please remember that EverClean Cleaning Services takes no part in the key-handling process.

 

Will your Cleaning Services not disrupt my workflow?

No, it will not. We aim to integrate our services with those of our client's organizations. We carry out our services in a way that helps make your workplace more comfortable and reflects positively on your work output.

 

Do you provide services for new facilities?

Yes, we do. Our services include the running of a startup facility on the verge of starting up. Our bespoke services help you start up right away. We provide both expert consultancy services and management of the entire project. Just inform us of what you need, and we make it happen.

 

Can your Services Save us Money?

Yes, it does. By contracting your Cleaning Services functions in full or partly, your personnel can focus on the primary business of your facility, saving you both time and effort.

 

What if I want to make changes to my contract?

We also have the “Change is Constant” mentality. We work closely with you to ensure we tailor all facility management services to your needs. You can discuss this with the management anytime you wish to make changes to your contract.

 

What is your plan cancellation policy?

Some cleaning plans require a minimum commitment term. Canceling your plan before the minimum term is complete will result in a 15% fee off the total booking amount

 

If my cleaning plan has a minimum term, what happens when the minimum term ends?

If your plan carries a minimum term of 3, 6, or 12 months, EverClean will continue to automatically schedule bookings at your selected frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) after your minimum term ends. You can cancel your plan at any time with no fee. However, fees do apply when bookings are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours (but more than 2 hours) of your next booking's start time.
